I'm sure all the rest of the Dallas GA Legacy Pointe members have seen that the pool has now been drained!!!!! If you didn't know, this will eventually damage the pool and make matters worse. I just wish the HOA would have been doing it job and going after the deabbeats that have not been paying from the start. Now everyone that has been doing their part and paying have to suffer because of them. I would like to everyone to ask your neighbors if they paid, if not, let everyone else know who hasn't paid. This hurts our property value also.
Who has any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
